International welding engineers IWE and EWE lead the welding technology on every contract.

More than 70 welding procedure qualification records (WPQR) for welding processes 111, 135, 136, 138, 141, 142 and electrofusion welding of PE pipes. Based on them we maintain an extensive set of welding procedure specifications (WPS) for piping systems and steel structures. The records were prepared in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland.

Welders certified to STN EN ISO 9606-1 for processes 111, 135, 136, 141 and 311 and to STN EN 13067:2021 for plastics, including a plastics welding technologist.

Post-weld heat treatment, orbital welding, plasma cutting (ZP 83) and flame cutting (ZP 311-2).

In-house NDT personnel: VT2 visual, UT2 and UTT ultrasonic, PAUT phased array, PT2 penetrant, MT2 magnetic particle and LT leak testing.
